Our monitoring shows that there have been no errors since 2025-05-12T17:34:13.630Z, so it looks like Atlassian has resolved the cause on their side. We will continue to monitor the affected API calls for another 8h or until we have received confirmation from Atlassian.

Identified
Scroll Viewport sites cannot be updated anymore for certain tenants. The issue has been identified and a P1 ticket with Atlassian has been created. The Confluence Cloud REST APIs /rest/api/contentbody/convert/export_view and /rest/api/contentbody/convert/async/export_view have stopped working for certain tenants.
